I am Kim Sang-dong, the President of Gyeongbuk Provincial College.
Gyeongbuk Provincial College is the only public college in Daegu, Gyeongbuk established by Gyeongsangbuk-do Province. Our goal is to contribute to national and regional development by providing educational opportunities to various students with low tuition fees and abundant scholarship benefits and training talents of creative convergence.
Our college has been producing many public officials and maintaining excellent employment rates based on practical talent training and educational welfare.
However, due to recent changes in circumstances such as the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the decline of the school-age population, and the advent of the post-corona era, it is time to take a higher leap instead of feeling satisfied with the achievements and pride achieved until now.
In this context, our College plans to make a new promise and start a new challenge for the future.

Our College will greatly expand scholarship support so that students can strive to concentrate on their studies without worrying about tuition expense and open a variety of employment paths with a contact matrix education which suits the students’ needs. In addition, we will lay the ladder of learning by establishing a transfer admission system for national universities and RIS participating universities.
